My dreams of getting slimmer coming true

I am a 34 years old homemaker with a growing level of obesity. I call it obesity though according to Body-Mass Index; my weight is above the normal average i.e. I am overweight. I was never a fan of excessive workout regimen or doing lots of running but my relaxed behavior and unhealthy daily routine is causing my body to disfigure. Of course, I cannot afford to be called a fat lady. A couple of my friends are using weight loss pills but they have yet to find any success. They are as lazy as me and do not want to start some real exercise. I do not want to be like them and despite all my lethargic lifestyle; I want some good exercise to keep my body in shape. When I came to know about P90X, I was initially put off by the heavy exercise presented in this DVD. However, when I watched some of the workouts, I found that there are also some lighter exercises for the beginners. I have started doing some easy sets and feeling quite better. Although I am still overweight, my BMI index has improved and I would soon leave behind the dangerous mark on that index.

Power 90 exercise regimes

Power 90 has been designed to provide utmost benefits to the users through distinguished programs. The entire routine comprises of four regimes meant for targeting specific areas. Let’s have a look at the regimes forming a part of power 90.

 

  1. The sculpt circuit is very helpful for firming and toning the body. The exercise takes approximately 30 to 35 minutes to be completed and is directed towards developing and much leaner and pleasing body.
